These are both Good.....and BAD!
Good because they're about the best-tasting chips on the market. I just learned that I LOVE flour tortilla chips whereas corn ones are just ok---I never realized that when I went into a great Mexican restaurant and got fresh chips to die for that the difference was that they're often made of flour instead of corn. These taste like the real deal, like you'd find in a great restaurant. All of the flavors are good, although I prefer the Original (plain) ones.
Now, for the BAD: I don't believe the label, and I'm not the only one. According to a nutritionist (and from what I see, she's absolutely correct) it is not possible for the net carbs to be any less than 9. Yes, 9, not 3, per serving. Based on the order of label contents and the fact that flour is the first ingredient (ahead of oil in terms of grams, even if not in calories), it isn't mathematically possible for the chips to have any less than 9 carbs. And my body agrees whenever I eat more than a few of these chips. I still believe that they're low-carb compared to most, but prepare for it accordingly, knowing that they're not-so-low-carb. It's well worth it as an occasional treat, they taste so darned good!!
