Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all orders $90 and over. Orders under $90 will be charged
a flat rate shipping of $8 (up tp 10 pounds & 0.85 for every extra pound). Orders are shipped Via UPS ground unless otherwise
specified. Orders placed before 3PM will ship on the same day. If a shipment is
refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred.
Free shipping is valid on all packages that weight 10 pounds or less within the
United States. Packages that exceeds the 10 pounds limit will be charged $0.85
for every extra pound. (Hawaii,
Canada, Alaska, APO Addresses, and all international countries Shipping Charges
Apply) . Note: Free Shipping Does not apply for Products on Super Special.
Local orders
We offer free local delivery up to a 5 mile radius. Local orders will be
delivered with in 20 minutes from the time of order.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guranteed or your money back. Returns
are allowed within the first 7 days after receipt for any orders that are not
to your expectation. Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion
of CARBOLYTE and will incur a substantial restock fee. If item not returned
within the 7 days grace period, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No returns are allowed after 14 days after receipt. Please note, if the product you ordered is discontinued, that product will be omitted from your order without notification.
Freight Damage
CARBOLYTE DOA policy does not cover any physical damage
that your product may incur during transit. All shipments will be insured for
$100. Frieght damage is unlikely to happen but in any case it does, the damage
claims are the responsibility of the consignee.
